Dennis has been Chairman and CEO
of A-Z Media Group, Inc. since 1999. His extensive
experience in retail sales and marketing was the
basis for his vision in the founding of the company.
For nearly 20 years prior to founding A-Z Media
Group Inc., Dennis was an owner and senior executive
at GERS Retail Systems, a worldwide leading vendor
of retail management information systems. Dennis
also served as president of the Retail Consultants
Center for nearly two decades, and was executive
vice president at a Top 50 retail home furnishings
company. He has been a frequent speaker at major
industry events, focusing in particular on sales and
profitability. Dennis is the proud father of seven
and grandfather of twelve.
Dave Lindsay
Producer/Director
Avalanche Studios
Dave graduated from the University of Utah in 1992
with a B.S. in broadcast journalism. Shortly after
graduation, he formed a video and TV production
company which is known today as Avalanche Studios.
Avalanche Studios creates original TV programming,
television advertising, documentaries, movie
trailers, and high-end corporate video
presentations. Dave has produced shows such as
Coldwell Banker’s Your Guide to Homes, Sea Trek,
Home Depot’s Helping Hand, Welcome Home, Local Late
Night, Los Mormon Boys and more. He has also
produced segments for shows such as The Montel
Williams Show, Designing Spaces, Inside Edition, The
Pearl Awards, network news programs, and more.
Dave and his wife, Heidi, reside in Sandy, Utah with
their four children.
Jason Conforto
Producer/Director
Avalanche Studios
Jason graduated from Brigham Young University in
2002 with a B.A. in film, where he directed two
award-winning short films. Since that time, he has
marketed and distributed multiple films that have
grossed over $8 million in box office and $15
million in video sales. In addition to marketing, he
has been heavily involved in the production of
independent films, documentaries and theatrical
trailers. Jason has also produced over 40 television
commercials for a variety of products which have
aired in every market in the United States. Jason
and his wife Natalie have four children and live in
Salt Lake City.
Tom Zdunich
Principle
LENZ-works
Tom has been involved with television production
since 1990. After graduating in broadcasting from
Southern Utah University, Tom began his career as a
news photographer for KTVX (ABC) in Salt Lake City.
He then moved in front of the camera as a weekend
anchor and investigative reporter in Green Bay
Wisconsin for two years. Upon returning to Salt Lake
City in 1995, Tom founded LENZ-works, a freelance
production company that creates original television
programming for broadcast and cable television. A
seasoned pro in image acquisition and post
production, Tom oversees all aspects of production
at LENZ-works. From creative development to shooting
and editing, Tom's technical skill and creative
thinking keep raising the quality control bar for
every project LENZ-works produces. Tom lives in Park
City, Utah with his wife Alison, and two daughters.
Dan Debenham

LENZ-works
Dan has been working in the television production
industry for 20 years as an anchor, writer and
producer including eight years with ESPN hosting
Scholastic Sports America and Sportscenter as well
as college football and basketball games. While at
ESPN, Dan helped create a number of original shows
including the X-Games. Recipient of the Sports
Foundations Network Journalism award, Dan has also
been nominated three times for Cable Ace awards. Dan
created, produced and hosted Endless Vacations, a 13
episode travel series. Endless Vacations was
placed on WE network.
In addition to Endless Vacations, Dan also
created, produced and hosted the Internet travel
series entitled New Ways to Play! for RCI.
Most recently, he created and produced HomeTeam,
which was syndicated through Litton Entertainment
and cleared over 90% of the country, consistently
winning its timeslot Saturday evenings on WABC in
New York.
